I'm almost done with my book it will be 200 or more pages and I'm at 100. I am only 15 and this book will be a true story on how I had to deal with depression, an abusive father, negligent mother and sister, I had no support system or coping skills so I started drinking smoking and cutting. I am now recovering and have made up with my mother and sister and am coming to terms of forgiving my ex-father as my mother just divorced him last February and has a restraining order against him. I have a wonderful therapist and am still suicidal sometimes because I failed 9th grade and our house is being foreclosed. I have dealt with my abusive father and my uncaring mother and sister since I was old enough to remember but finally it has stopped. I still have consistent nightmares and have panic-attacks frequently. I have post traumatic stress disorder so whenever someone yells or gets angry I go into my head and just black out I am also in danger of developing another personality. I just felt like sharing that but hopefully my book will be out soon! Oh also I am now a vegan because it is a much healthier lifestyle and because it is better for your digestive system and since I love yoga and meditation I decided to just go for it. Today is my third day as a vegan and I am proud to say that I do not miss meat.
